James Wood junior outfielder Tyler Prusik was the area's lone First Team selection as part of the All-Region 4D baseball selections that were voted on recently.
Colonels who made the Second Team are junior pitcher and third baseman Parker Kerns and junior outfielder Cole Ritter. Other Second Team selections include Millbrook senior pitcher Dylan Apfel and Sherando senior first baseman Nick Usa.
Honorable Mention selections are James Wood sophomore pitcher Nolan Landry and junior catcher Owen Neal; Millbrook freshman outfielder Holden Faith and Apfel at third base; and Sherando senior second baseman Aaron DeHaven.
Region 4D champion Jefferson Forest swept the honors for Player of the Year (pitcher T.J. McLaughlin) and Coach of the Year (Ryan Gilleland).
