WINCHESTER — Russell Repasky’s sacrifice fly to score Nick Goode in the seventh inning proved to be the difference in a non-district win over Fauquier Wednesday.

Starting pitcher Addison Barber didn’t get much support but he didn’t need it, allowing just two hits over seven innings while striking out eight for the Colonels (7-9).

Falcons starter Ryan Simpson also went all seven innings, allowing just one hit in a losing effort.
