Millbrook senior third baseman Alec Rudolph was the only local player named to the first team in the recently released All-Region 4C selections.
During the regular season, Rudolph had seven RBIs, 20 runs, 13 walks and hit .368 (21 for 57).
Second team selections are Sherando junior pitcher Hunter Entsminger (4-1, 1.69 ERA, 47 strikeouts and 12 walks in 37.1 innings) and sophomore outfielder Payne Bauer (two home runs, 11 RBIs, 19 runs, four doubles, three triples, and 24 for 67 for a .358 batting average); James Wood senior outfielder Brett Baker (14 RBIs, 15 runs, seven doubles, 24 for 67 for a .358 batting average); and Handley sophomore Logan McGinnis, a utility selection (five RBIs, 17 runs, eight stolen bases, 26 of 56 for a .464 batting average).
